Not good for families

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but I had to go to the front multiple times for basic stuff like towels and water, not exactly what you'd expect, ya know?

It wasn't cheap, but I guess it was still acceptable in some ways.

A good stay with surprises

Our mornings were filled with the aroma of fresh pastries, and the garden was a serene escape after busy days exploring Paris. The staff were genuinely caring.

I was quite disappointed that my request for extra pillows was unmet, and the room's air conditioning could have been cooler for better sleep.

Superb garden view room, nice and quiet away from the bustling street. The bed and shower were great. Breakfast was a highlight with fresh options and changing daily egg dishes-a nice touch! Staff members were friendly and approachable, always eager to help with recommendations. The air conditioning struggled a bit, especially during hotter days. I also noticed a lack of adequate cleaning on my towels and the sheets seemed reused without proper cleaning, which wasn't ideal. Would recommend the hotel for its location and service, but some cleanliness issues need addressing.

The breakfast was delicious with options like borata that were worth every penny, and the tropical passion drink was a perfect refreshment. The charming garden was a lovely escape alongside the outdoor terrace. Just a heads-up, the air conditioning wasn't as cool as expected, but it didn't take away from our great experience 🌞

The room was spacious and modern, really comfy for us. The bed was large and felt luxurious compared to other places in Paris. Nice bathroom as well! The only downside was figuring out suitcase space since it could get a bit cramped. But overall, it was a solid stay!

We loved exploring the Champs-Élysées and also took in the views from Sacré-Coeur. The rooms were comfy and had great bathroom facilities. Plus, the hotel is located near two metro stations for easy travel around.

I was disappointed that the drinks available in the fridge were overpriced, made us feel restricted with our choices.

great stay but minor noise issues

We had a very friendly welcome. The adjoining rooms were perfect for our family with children, offering both comfort and convenience.

Despite the comfort, some noise from outside was noticeable.

The location had many restaurant options nearby. The staff treated me well . I appreciated the breakfast with barista coffee. I had an interesting conversation with fellow guests in the communal area.

The room was a bit dusty upon arrival. The music in the communal area was loud at times.

Friendly staff and delicious breakfast, but traffic can be slow getting around.
